At Tando’s The Fragrance, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we ship. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@tandosthefragrance.com.

To submit a claim, customers must provide clear photos of:
• The product
• The original packaging
• The shipping box

Damaged or incorrect items must be returned for inspection before any replacement is issued.

Inspection & Fraud Prevention

All returned items are subject to inspection.
Any signs of tampering, decanting, misuse, or inconsistent damage may void eligibility for resolution.

Damage claims may be subject to carrier investigation.

Repeated claims or suspicious activity may result in denial of future claims at our discretion.

Resolution Method:
Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the same scent at our discretion. No refunds or store credit.
Final Decision:
Tando’s The Fragrance reserves the right to approve or deny any claim and to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
